Chapter 9 - Unbreakable

Reem’s perspective: 
While I was about to get out of the sea I heard girls shouting and fighting with one another. I saw gom Hessa running to stop the fight and I followed them. Before reaching I found out the girl who is fighting was Elyazyh. We tried stopping them and calming Yazooy down so later we could know what happened. I whispered in Yazooy’s ears saying lets go back to our place but before that I heard the other girl pointing at me.

The person: “ Enty seery.. goomy 3an wayhy I don’t want to see you again you ruined my relationship with my love.”

Huh? What is she talking about and who’s her love? I ignored her I didn’t want to make this a bigger problem that it already is. We arrived and sat down beside the shore it would be better. There was something inside of me told me not to begin the conservation with Yazooy but I had to I must know why did she act in this way.

Me: “ Elyazyh 6al3eeni tell me what happened? Why did you began wrestling with that stranger?”

Elyazyh: “ (looking the other way) I don’t feel like talking about it..it's complicated.”

Me: “ I don’t care if it’s complicated just tell me sho estwa.”

Elyazyh: “( looking at me with a serious face) Fine then before I do tell me Reem honestly is there something between you and e5oy Mayed ?”

That question made me completely in a shock, I’ve been her best friend for years why would there be something between me and her brother that will never happen. She thinks I’m hiding something from her, she knows that I would tell her everything. There isn’t anything between us nothing he is like my brother that's all.

Me: “ I’ve been your best friend for years now Yazooy I will never do that to you and I would never have something with your brother. You don’t trust me just because hatheech galatlch shay now you wont believe me.”

Elyazyh: “ Then why did that girl say so why did she w kaif 3rfat that it was you ?”

Me: “ Your asking me, how can I know? That question should be answered by your brother because it seems like he is the one that is in a relationship with that person.”

I stood up and left her I grabbed my things not bothered to answer anyone. This question affected me a lot how can she think about me in that way, I’m her best friend why would I do that. It was the first time I would ever fight with Elyazyh, I couldn’t handle the pain inside of me I opened the car got in switched the engine and went off crying my way back home. I drove really fast and got home I tried opening the door but it was locked. Now what shall I do? Then I remembered that the keys are with Mayed. I really want my parents right now I miss them so much and that what made me cry even more. I called Khalifa to check if he can come I just cant handle being in this depressing mood.

After couple of rings he answered.

Khalifa: “ Aloo hala bReemany el7lwa sh7alch?”

Me: “ Khalifa plz t3al elbait plzz  abaak.”

Khalifa: “ Reemo balach sho mstwy d5eelch la t9e7eeni al7een bayi don’t worry just stay where you are.”

Me: “ Ok plz t3al bsr3a.”

We closed, I waited for couple of minutes and the next thing I knew Khalifa came in oh.. wait and MAYED TO!! This cant get any worse glt aba Khalifa mb Mayed now kaif bagoola uff laish chi?! They both came running to me I was sitting on the stairs crying with my hands covering my face hoping this day never happened.

Khalifa: “ ( hugging me) What's wrong 7ad mza3lnch? W wain el bajeen laish mb wyach.”

 I looked at Mayed who was worried and then I went back to Khalifa.

Me: “ I fought wyah Elyazyh w maba arams-ha I don’t care and neither of you two ask why.”

Mayed: “ Sho msawya hay b3ad a36eeha kaff w sho msawy aba a3arf now tell me.”

He was mad but I didn’t care and I wont tell him what happened. First because I don’t know the whole story and second I don’t know how to tell him. What I really want to know is mno that girl and how did she know me but I don’t ? I’m curious to know.

Me: “ Do you really want to know?”

They both nodded with curiosity, I sat up strait fixed my shailah and took a deep breath.

Me: “ Well lets see Elyazyh fought wyah w7deh because sbatni and she started saying bad things about Mayed. W this girl says she is in a relationship with Mayed. And that I'am ruining your relation love madri mno thing.”

From their face expression they looked surprised with there eyes wide open, I just gave them a weak smile and looked the other way.
