Chapter 11 - Unbreakable

Mayed got into his car and was ready to go back home, while driving Khalifa called to see what had happened and he assured him once he get home he will tell him. Once he reach his destination it was dim outside as the moon rose up to brighten up the place with the sparkling stars surrounding it. Everyone was in the garden drinking tea, seeing that he slowly opened the door and came in.

Khalifa paced to Mayed’s way: “ W a5eeran yait wayed t25art -.-.”

Elyazyh: “ What happened did everything went well?”

Mayed nodded as he gave a sign to Khalifa to get in the house.

The girls decided to get dinner from Mc Donald since they were craving it.

Khalifa's perspective:  

From the way he appeared as he approached in, I knew something was wrong.

Mayed : “ Since no one is here only you and I, I wanted to tell you something about Reem.”

 3an Reem? What could it be I hope she's fine.

Me: “ What about her?”

Mayed: “ Listen it’s not a bad thing or anything. I just have a feeling that it might happen. Shamsa hates Reem so bad because she thinks that I love her. And--”

Me: “ Do you love her?”

Reem: “ Elyazyh yallah move it we will be late.”

Elyazyh: “ Can you go alone, ana mb mtfayja anzil.”

 Reem took her bag with her phone on her hand as she unlocked the door to get in Mc Donald. She ordered both their meals with that she went to the car. Before closing the car’s door someone came…

Mayed's perspective:

 I didn’t answer I couldn’t, I don’t know.

Khalifa: “ Jaweb Mayood laish sakit?”

When I was about to verbalize my phone rang loudly in my pocket, I got it out and glared at him confused. He asked me who was it and told him it was my sister with that I countered the call. I couldn’t understand what was she saying but what was clear is that she called out for help.

On the phone:

Elyazyh: “ Mayood open the gate bsr3a!!!!.”

Mayed: “ Enzaain la t9ar5een!!.”

I hurried out and opened the gate as she came in and put out a strong break to stop.

Elyazyh's perspective:  

I cursed under my breath along with I opened the door facing Khalifa who was right by my door. What a day I said to my self as I kicked the door open.

Khalifa: “ Sho estwa?”

Elyazyh: “ Honestly t3abt wain ma nseer lazim shay ystwi, yallah Reem lets step inside.”

We got in leaving them both without a reply to their questions. They came in right after we entered and sat at the sofa opposite to us.

Mayed: “ Talk.”

Reem: “Fine I’ll tell you, some stranger followed us on our way back home. We were frightened because he really looked scary.”

Mayed: “ Zain enkm yaito bsr3a w that you called us.”

We ate our food when we finished Reem headed to my room while Khaloof went home. I decided to have a talk with my brother since he is in a good mood. It’s time to know the truth, and I’m curious to be acquainted with what he will exclaim. I knocked gently on the door as he informed me to come in. I layed down on his bed watching him chat on his blackberry.

Me : “ mmm… Mayed I want you to answer my question truthfully?”

He lifted his head up as he placed his phone on the table, looking at me as if I’m a prisoner and he is the police. I sat up strait as I fixed my hair which was all over my face and was ready to talk.

Me : “ Ok now I’m ready.. Lets see how can I start.. Ok whatever I’m going to say it. Mayed t7ib Reem?”

I said it with a smile on my face as I saw his face expression change from blank to a surprising shock
