Chapter 19 - Unbreakable

She lifts her head up and finds Nasser smiling at her. She immediately sat up straight when she knew that she has been staring at him. Reem brushes her hair awkwardly as her cheeks began turning red.

Reem: " Oh sorry I didn't see you."

She wonders if he will think that she is blind. He winks at her and replies in a polite way.

Nasser: " That's fine I just wanted to say hi and here you go my number if you needed anything tell me. I hope we meet again."

He gives her a small paper with his number on it and off he went to his seat. She watches him go and looks back to the paper that's now on her lap. Elyazyh wasn't in her seat, she glances around to see if someone saw her. She sighs in relief that no one did, she can't afford getting in a mess. Reem closes the paper then throws it in her bag and looks at the window.

Reem's perspective:

What shall I do with his number? I won't call him that's for sure. Nasser he can't seem to get out of my mind since the time the flight flew away up in the air. Hours past and my mind was just dowsing off in another world as my appearance was with the people around me. Elyazyh's words kept repeating in my head.

Elyazyh: " He seems like a gentlemen to me. Why not call him he might be the one for you."

It repeats continuously but I dont believe in love relationships. I'm not in the mood for headaches and troubles.I just have to stop thinking of him and not make a big deal about it. I looked to my right to find Elyazyh asleep, to my left is Khalifa he was so into the movie I kept my laugh in while watching him. On the other hand Mayed was watching a scary movie with a serious face on. Everyone in their own world while I'm the only one about to die from boredom and not sleepy.

I stood up as my back and my ass began to hurt from setting for I dont know five hours? I stretched my arms watching eveyone asleep and sat back down. Suddenly I look to my left to find Mayed staring at me. A gasped and covered my mouth immediatly.

Reem: " Mayed bsmila zya'3tny!"

He chuckled and tried holding his laughter in order not to make any noise.

Mayed: " Haha wallah e'9a7keen you don't know how to stay seated lazim tt7rkain."

Reem: " My back hurts I got sick of sitting doing nothing."

Mayed: " Enzain laish ma eshofeen movies?"

Reem: " Maba knt aba asoolf wya e5tk bs rgdat -.-"

Mayed: " Enzain 5alna nsoolf."

This is the first time he ever said that to me which made me shocked.

Reem: " You and I we never talked before."

Mayed: " 5ala9 3yal I'll go back to watching the movie."

Reem: " Laa laa !"

When I pulled the headphones I accidentally touched his cold hands. I quickly took it away and found him staring at me. That was awkard I cursed myself for putting me in this embarrassing situation.

Reem: " Sorry."

I apologized without noticing I didn't want it to be more awkward when we're quiet. He smiled when I looked at him he is killing me with his looks.

Mayed: " Laa 3adi laa ts7een mny ana nfs e5och."

We began talking and talking. He asked me which college am I planning to go and what do I like to do. It was like he planned for this conversation he seems so interested to what I was saying. It was like he was studying me how I speak and move eveytime I speak which kind off scared me. After talking for what seems hours we didn't sleep we kept chatting all the time.

Mayed: " That's interesting I never knew you wanted to go for fashion I thought you wanted to be a doctor."

Reem: " No I dont like being a doctor I love fashion."

Mayed: " That's nice for you girls not for us men."

Reem: "  Haha yea. Awaih khalifa is still watching a movie wait I'll scare him,wayed mndmj."

He laughed and agreed. I threw my brush at Khalifa and suddenly he jumps as he pulled his headphones out. I and Mayed laughed loudly and the old women behind us informed us to be quite.

Khalifa: " Aaay ento ybaalkm '9arb bskm t'97koon wallah ana braweekm."

Reem: " You should have seen your face."

I kept laughing as I pointed at him. He stood up and came towards me tickling me.

Reem: " Khalifaaaa bsss HAAAAHAAAAHAAA I....cant....breath HAAAAHAAAHAAA"

Khalifa: " 3ashan t3arfeen next time ma tzay'3eeny fahmaa."

He tickled me more this time.

Reem: " Maayedd help......meee....HAAAAHAAHAA."

Old women: " Shhh sshhh you people are so noisy cant you see we're sleeping."

Mayed: " I'm sorry."

Mayed pushed Khalifa back to his seat.

Reem: " Shkraan Mayed uff ba6ni y3awrni kla mnk Khalifa!"

Mayed: " Wallah 7aram 3laaik hahahahaha."

Khalifa: " A7san a7san."

I excused myself to go to the toilet but suddenly I fell on the ground and bumped my head on Mayed's seat.

Khalifa: " Hahah tstahlaain."

Reem: " Oho Khalifa tra it hurts I cant move."

Mayed: " Wait I'll help you."

He stood up in front of me helping myself up as he placed his hand on my back and made me stand, Shivers ran down my spine from his touch and the way he hugged me like a baby child. I was short compare to him. My hand was on my head as it's in pain.

Mayed: " Slowly walk latsr3een."

I could feel his musceled arm on my back. I relaxed my head on his chest I couldn't keep it still. I went to the toilet washed my hand and face. I opened the door to find him there standing politely waiting for me. What a gentlemen I never seen this Mayed before and to be honest I loved this one much better.

Reem: " Its ok Mayed you didn't have to wait."

Mayed: " Laa 3adi."

On our way in I found Nasser right in front of me. My eyes were wide open looking at him but he wasn't glaring my way, he was looking at Mayed. I felt a mysterious feeling growing inside of me a bad one.
